Singer-songwriter Jonathan Yang has been playing and writing since he was young and writes most of his work on the guitar and piano. After years of experimenting with different sounds, his debut album “It’s Time I Head South” shows that he has found his own direction.

Jonathan Yang, one of the featured artists on our new Freespace Mixtape Vol. 1,and his partner Tomii Chan first worked together two years ago when Jonathan released his EP “It’s Time I Head South”.

In our new video, shot in scenic Hoi Sham Park in To Kwa Wan, they talk about inspiration and writing, and about the experience of working and recording together.
